We live to eat.

Welcome to my first blog in forever.  I am copying a friend, who made a comment about "a blog a day."  What a good idea! I will focus mine on what I know most about, and that is nutrition and exercise.   Every living thing lives to eat.  But if living things eat the wrong things, then they don't live for long.
Ever hear the saying, "you are what you eat?"   It is true. Eat like crap, you'll function like crap.  Eat well and you will do well.  We spend money on so much junk that we really don't need, we waste money on food we really should not eat...don't you think you are worth the investment of good food?
